- [Enhanced Access - evenings and weekends](https://theparksmedicalcentre.com/enhanced-access-evenings-and-weekends/): As part of the City Care Alliance PCN we are now offering routine appointments with various healthcare professionals between 18:30 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 – 17:00 Saturdays. Clinics will be held at Merridale Medical Centre Monday – Thursday and at Fosse Family Practice Friday and Saturday. Appointments can be booked through reception only. There will NO LONGER be any late openings at the practice.

- [New Healthcare Staff](https://theparksmedicalcentre.com/new-healthcare-staff/): The Practice now employs a variety of healthcare professionals which means you may be booked in with them, rather than a GP. The reception staff will ask you some questions to be able to confirm who is the most appropriate member of the team to book you with. The aim is to free up GP appointments for patients who genuinely need to see a GP. We are not refusing you an appointment with a GP so please be polite and courteous to the staff at all times.
