As part of the City Care Alliance PCN we are now offering routine appointments with various healthcare professionals between 18:30 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 – 17:00 Saturdays.

Clinics will be held at Merridale Medical Centre Monday – Thursday and at Fosse Family Practice Friday and Saturday.

Appointments can be booked through reception only.

There will NO LONGER be any late openings at the practice.
