Graduated in 1972 and after a hospital surgical career he became a General Practictioner in 1987. He took over The Parks Medical Centre in 1990 and has continued to work to date.
Graduated 2002 and after hospital and General Practice training became a GP in 2008. He joined The Parks Medical Centre as a partner in April 2011.
Dr Abdo joined The Parks Medical Centre as a GP in September 2024.
Dr Sharma joined The Parks Medical Centre as a GP in August 2024.
The Parks Medical Centre is a GP training practice. As such, future GPs work under the supervision of a clinical and educational supervisor during their time here.
After several years working in the NHS, Riah took the Practice Manager post in June 2024.
Dawn joined The Parks Medical Centre in 2020 as a Practice Administrator, handling document management and operational duties.
Leanne is currently the senior receptionist, having joined The Parks Medical Centre in 2012.
Emma joined the practice in 2022.
Mo joined the practice in 2023.
Their duties include call handling, patient requests and administrative duties.
Following working as a Community Pharmacist, Shazad moved into general practice as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist. He is currently studying at DeMontfort University for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner degree. His duties involve safe prescribing and dealing with minor illnesses.
Deborah is employed as a Nurse Associate by The City Care Alliance PCN and seconded to work at The Parks Medical Centre (founding practice for the PCN). Her duties cover general practice nursing.
Yasmin is employed by The City Care Alliance PCN as a Social Prescriber and covers The Parks Medical Centre as part of her duties. Her duties include identifying vulnerable people and signposting to the available local services. She also advises on housing and social benefits.
Benazir joined the practice in June 2024 and her main duties include processing prescriptions and phlebotomy.
Cleo joined The City Care Alliance PCN as a Health and Wellbeing Coach. She is currently on maternity leave.
